28 Day Kick Start!

Hey local Asheville friends!
 
Who wants to start their weight loss journey with me live in person? That’s right! For the first time ever here in Asheville, I’m hosting the Kick Start, a program designed to help you lose 5-15% of your body weight safely and sustainably in just 28 days!
 
I ran this program with hundreds of clients in my bootcamp in southeast GA, and I’m excited to be able to offer it here for the first time!

Here’s what you need to know:

*Orientation is April 27th at 7pm.  Challenge officially begins April 29th.
*You can realistically expect to lose 5-15% of your body weight in 28 days (do the math!)
*You’ll receive a fully customized meal plan that gives you the precise portions and combinations of food your body needs for maximum body fat loss without muscle loss
*You’ll get weekly in-person accountability, food journal reviews, weigh-ins, education, and strategy to keep moving forward (location right off Charlotte St.)
*This plan is based on real, whole-food so you can stick with it forever!
*Cost to participate is $129.
