I wanted to tell you I’ve eaten pizza for dinner TWICE this week!
But the best part is, it’s keeping me healthy and lean, and I’m literally sacrificing none of the taste.
Here’s how I made it:
Whole wheat tortilla
2 TBSP organic pizza sauce
A large pile of spinach and arugula blend (obviously, wilts down a lot)
Large pinch of shredded Italian cheese blend
A lot of hot red pepper flakes (leave these off if you don’t like spicy)
Bake @ 350 for ~12 minutes. Voila!
Now those of you who did my reset, challenges, or another program know there’s a macronutrient missing here…PROTEIN.
I’d highly recommending adding something like chicken to this. I didn’t have any though, so I shook up some protein powder with water and got mine that way…I’m creative like that. 🙂
